These terms and conditions will be available from this website for the whole of 2011 and 2012. The promotion will run from April 1st 2011 and will terminate on December 31st 2011. The closing date for all claims to be received by Brian Hyde Limited will be 12 noon on June 30th 2012. The manufacturer of the flux, LA-CO Industries Inc, will insert one unique token into 53 pots of their ‘Regular Soldering Flux Paste’. The tokens will be allocated amongst all manufactured pots of the flux paste on a fair and random basis. There are 53 tokens which are marked to allow the participant to claim one of the following prizes: • £2000 How to claim a prize: In order to claim prize claimants must contact Brian Hyde Limited using one of the methods set out below). Claimants should retain the token found in the pot, the pot and the label from pot that it came in as this will be used by Brian Hyde Limited to verify the claim. Any claim will be verified within 30 days of the claimant notifying Brian Hyde Limited of their claim and payment of the prize will be paid within 10 days of the claim being verified. In the event that a claim is not verified the claimant will be advised of the reasons within 30 days of the claim being received by Brian Hyde Limited.
