Your level will need to be within the 10 year warranty: you will need to return your level to Brian Hyde, Stirling Road, Shirley, West Midlands, B90 4LZ, with your proof of purchase and a brief description of the fault. Please also include a returns address postage to Brian Hyde. This will need to be covered by yourself and we will cover postage back to you
