Bookings 

Run from Friday 4pm until Friday 10am, except Christmas and New Year.

Departure is required by 10am to ensure the property can be cleaned. 

Guests are required to leave the property in a clean and tidy state.

Payment: one-third on booking with the balance 8 weeks before your holiday.

Deposit: £100 breakage deposit refunded after your stay, if there are no breakages/damage.

Sorry no pets.

Short Breaks

Three night short breaks are available in the off and low season and at short notice in mid and high season.  Short breaks are charged at two-thirds of the weekly rate with a further 25% discount for parties of two in the off season.
